Registration Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation receipt for your registration purchase. Please check to be sure you received it. If you do not receive an email at the billing email address you provided, then 1) you are likely not registered, or 2) you may have entered a typo in the email address, in which case you may be registered. PLEASE contact the Online Coordinator to ensure your registration completed successfully. Your email receipt serves to confirm your registration/purchase. You do not need to bring it with you to state conference.
Deadline to Register: April 1, 2026.
Registration Sign-in: All conference attendees must check in at the Registration Table at State Conference to pick up the registration packet and meal tickets.
Meal Events: Assigned tables will apply to all meal events. No one will be admitted to a meal event without a meal ticket. Only pre-ordered meals will be served.
Seating, Dietary, and Other Considerations: You will have the opportunity to enter any food allergies or dietary restrictions on the registration form. The hotel will determine appropriate substitutions. For seating purposes only, please indicate your use of a walker or wheelchair on the registration form.
Meal Additions: Prior to April 1, 2026, you may add meals to your EXISTING registration. Contact the Online Coordinator for the link to the Addition Form. Have your existing order number ready, found in your email confirmation receipt. Please be careful and add only those meals for which you have not yet paid.
Modifications: Once your registration is complete, modifications are limited. Contact the state conference committee at sc_registration@mssdar.org.
Registration Coupons: Coupons are only issued for state conference pages, conference speakers, and award honorees.
Website Information:
Secure Connection: The MSSDAR Events Website is secured and encrypted with a valid SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate maintained by the MSSDAR web hosting service, InfoQuest. In Google, the padlock icon indicating a secure connection can be found by clicking the icon next to the website name in the address bar.
Billing Information: If you see the billing details fields already filled with your personal information (billing name, address, phone, and email address), it is because YOUR browser/computer has saved the information for you and auto populated those fields at Checkout. The MSSDAR server/website/events platform DOES NOT auto populate your personal information and does not fill in these fields for you. Your personal information DOES NOT come from MSSDAR; therefore, please review the information entered in these checkout fields to ensure accuracy.
Balance Due: When the balance due in your cart is $0.0 (free), you still need to provide the information in the billing boxes (name, address, email, etc.) for attendance purposes/lists. NO payment information will be collected.
Refunds: If you find you cannot attend:
Notify the State Conference Registration Committee (sc_registration@mssdar.org) of your circumstances as soon as possible. There may be someone on the waiting list who can purchase your registration.
Prior to the deadline, April 1, 2025, a refund check (minus the transaction fee) can be requested.
After April 1, 2026, refunds of 80% will be given up to April 5, 2026.
Refunds will not be issued after April 5, 2026, due to the hotel commitment.
Refunds will not be applied to your credit card; instead, refunds that are approved will be issued as a check by the state treasurer.
Approved refunds will be issued after the state conference event (May 4, 2026) to allow for the possibility that another member might pick up your purchased registration.
