The District Directors invite you to the September 2024 MSSDAR District Meetings!
Chapters will be sharing their accomplishments of the past year, and the State Officers and State Chairs will be giving important information and tips you can use to plan for a successful upcoming year. There will be shopping opportunities, silent auction items, and prizes! Please join us for an enjoyable day of sharing, learning, and visiting with DAR friends.

Your District Tour Ticket includes your meeting registration (s). Register by selecting each meeting you plan to attend. Click the "+" next to your chosen meeting (s), taking care that you click only once for your chosen meeting (s) so that "1" and only "1" is displayed for each district meeting you choose to attend. REVIEW the "Total $" below to ensure the correct amount is displayed. Please only register for one member/attendee at a time, where Ticket Qty=1!

September 11th (Wednesday) ~ Jackson and Cape Girardeau
Arrive early and enjoy this Optional activity (Cost $5/person, payable on site)
3:00 – 4:30 p.m ~ Oliver House Museum, 224 E. Adams St., Jackson, Missouri
The Oliver House Museum is the former home of Senator Robert Oliver and his wife Marie Watkins-Oliver, who created the Missouri state flag. Missouri adopted the official flag on March 22, 1913. Built in 1848, this historic home (listed on the National Register of Historic Places) is Greek revival style brick.
September 18th (Wednesday) ~ Chillicothe
Arrive early and enjoy this Optional activity FREE ADMISSION
1:00 – 4:00 p.m. ~ Grand River Historical Society Museum 1401 Forest Dr., Chillicothe, MO.
The Grand River Historical Museum functions as a time capsule from the daily lives of the men, women, and families who built the community. Connect with the early history of the region -- including Chillicothe – the "Home of Sliced Bread". At the tourism center, the Sliced Bread Innovation Center across town (directly adjacent to the original bakery), you can see murals and a later model of the 1928 Rohwedder breadslicer.
