Registration Confirmation: After you complete and submit your registration/purchase, you will be shown a registration/purchase confirmation document. If the confirmation is for an MSSDAR event, please print the confirmation and take it with you to the event for a quick registration/check-in process.  You will also receive an email confirmation for the email address you provided during registration. If you do not receive email confirmation of your registration or purchase, please do the following:

  1. Check your spam folder to see if your email account treated the email as spam.
  2. If the email is not in your spam folder, DO NOT TRY TO REGISTER AGAIN. Instead, contact Event Registration immediately explaining your issue. Event Registration will verify if your registration/purchase was confirmed and provide further guidance.

Online Purchases: Missouri State Society Daughters of the American Revolution (MSSDAR) is a non-profit, non-political, patriotic, women’s volunteer organization. The MSSDAR State Headquarters is located at 821 Main Street, Boonville, Missouri 85233. Because of our non-profit status, MSSDAR is only permitted to sell merchandise online to Missouri residents with a valid Missouri billing and physical mailing address. If you are a MSSDAR member with an out-of-state billing and physical mailing address, Please contact the State Regent’s Project Chair, or the committee chair offering the item, to make other arrangements for your purchase.

Meal Choices: When meal choices are available, please select the meal for your dietary needs. If only one meal option is provided at an event, meal substitutions will not be made available.

Deadline to Register: Event registration will close at midnight on the event deadline date specified for the event. Registrations after the closing of the event will not be permitted.

Payment Methods: Payment methods will include debit/credit cards, checks, payment plans. By any method,

  • The online registration must be completed by credit/debit card payment by the event deadline;
  • For registration by check, the registrant will print out a copy of the registration confirmation and mail along with their check payment to the State Treasurer. Check payments must be received by the event registration deadline. Otherwise, the registration will be cancelled.
  • Payment Plans will be reserved for high-dollar cost events such as State Conference and the Bluebird Trip to Continental Congress. Payment plans will have a fixed deposit paid at the time of registration with additional payments specified in the payment plan. The event purchase price must be paid off in full by a date determined by the event coordinator. Because MSSDAR is required to place downpayments on transportation, hotels, event activities ahead of the scheduled event, refunds will not be permitted. You may opt to purchase the Purchase Protection for reimbursement.
  • Refunds: If applicable, refunds for events must be requested to Event Registration prior to the end of event registration. If refunds are applicable, they will clearly be marked on the registration webpage. For meal only events, refunds are not available.

Purchase Protection: Purchase Will be made available for high-cost events. Protection is an optional, refund service provided by Purchase Protection, LLC to attendees which refunds 100% of the event fees, taxes, dues should the ticket holder/registrant is prohibited from attending the event for certain qualified unforeseen circumstances.

Qualifying unforeseen circumstances include Health & Medical Related Events, Death, Covid-19, non-medical emergencies and crime, Transportation related events, Weather related events, Employment related events, and legal obligations. Security:

  • The MSSDAR Events Website is secured and encrypted with a valid SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate maintained by the MSSDAR web hosting service, InfoQuest.
  • MSSDAR uses two online event registration platforms; RegFox and Zeffy.
    • RegFox works with a payment processor, Webconnex, that processes our payments in an encrypted and secure network and database. RegFox software is safe and secure, using the latest security and encryption technologies. The software is protected by military-grade encryption – the same level of encryption used by major banks. All transactions are processed, transmitted, and stored securely on a PCI-compliant network where all your data is securely encrypted several times within their secure data center located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
    • Zeffy transactions are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment infrastructure providers.
