State Conference Information
Terms and Conditions: You MUST click the box shown on the Registration form: I HAVE READ AND AGREE to the EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS in order to proceed to checkout.
Registration Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation receipt for your registration purchase. If you do not receive an email at the billing email address you provided, then 1) you are likely not registered, or 2) you entered an incorrect email address, in which case you may be registered. PLEASE contact the Online Event Coordinator to ensure your registration completed successfully. This email receipt serves to confirm your registration/purchase. You do not need to bring it with you to state conference.
Deadline to Register: March 6, 2025. If you miss the deadline, contact the state conference committee to be placed on a waiting list.
Refunds: If you find you cannot attend:
- * Try finding a friend who can purchase your registration - this friend will need to contact the state conference committee to provide new attendee information (name, position, dietary considerations, etc.).
- * Notify the state conference committee in case, 1) there is someone on the waiting list or, 2) they know of a member who could possibly purchase your registration.
- Prior to the deadline, March 6, 2025, a refund check (minus the transaction fee) can be requested.
- After March 6, 2025, refunds of 80% will be given up to March 16, 2025.
- Refunds will not be issued after March 16, 2025, due to the hotel commitment.
- Refunds will not be applied to your credit card; refunds that are approved will be issued as a check by the State Treasurer.
- Approved refunds will be issued after the state conference event (April 13, 2025) to allow for the possibility that another member might pick up your purchased registration.
Registration Sign-in: All conference attendees must check in at the Registration Table at State Conference to pick up the registration packet and meal tickets.
Meal Events: Assigned tables will apply to all meal events. No one will be admitted to a meal event without a meal ticket. Only pre-ordered meals will be served.
Meal Choices: There are two choices for MOST of the meal events. PLEASE be careful to select only ONE meal per event.
Required Information: Your national number and chapter name. A national number must be provided to obtain donation ribbons from NSDAR.
Seating, Dietary, and Other Considerations:
All requests for seating in groups (with chapters, friends, or guests) must be noted on the registration form.
If no notations are given, chapter members will be seated together, or as near as possible.
You will have the opportunity to enter any food allergies or dietary restrictions on the registration form. The hotel will determine appropriate substitutions.
For seating purposes only, please indicate your use of a walker or wheelchair on the registration form.
Meal Additions: Prior to March 6, 2025, you may add meals to your EXISTING registration. Contact the Online Registration Coordinator for the link to the addition form. Have your existing order number ready, found in your email confirmation receipt. Please be careful and add only those meals for which you have not yet paid.
Modifications: Once your registration is complete, any changes to it, other than what is covered under Refunds or Meal Additions, will be at the discretion of the state conference committee. Contact them directly at State Conference Committee.
Registration for Pages: Pages, please check with the MSSDAR State Chair of Pages (mssdarpages@gmail.com) for coupon code information PRIOR to registering for state conference.
Registration Coupons: Coupons are only issued for state conference pages and conference speakers/guests.
